Self-compacting Concrete
Self-compacting concrete can be used in a number of different construction sites but used regularly in housing. It can be used to level the floors before the external walls are installed, potentially, saving huge time on programme durations as the floor can be accessed much earlier than say a sand cement screed that is traditionally installed later and is less durable. Due to the installation process, it also doesn’t need power-floating after.
Self-compacting concrete is great for quickly and evenly levelling floors before building walls in construction and housing sites. It can save time compared to traditional floor screeding methods but this is site specific. Contact us to learn more about fast concrete levelling or your upcoming project.
Applications:
Slabs • Residential dwelling oversite/slabs • Structural toppings • Domestic floors • Commercial slabs such as composite deck construction (rib metal decking) • Low traffic industrial floor slabs • Mezzanine and office areas within industrial units

Screed Underfloor
Heating Systems
Our Screed Underfloor Heating Systems are suitable for standard fibre screed and flowing screeds. Heating pipes are held in place using staples and/or clip rail and high traffic areas are sleeved. A traditional option for ground floor projects but increasing a thin screed is utilised on first floors. We install underfloor heating with screed that works with fibre and flowing screeds. The heating pipes are secured and protected for long-lasting performance. Traditional screed underfloor heating is great for ground floors while thin screeds are better for first floors.
